Under the agreement, Insure.com will provide HealthAxis.com with informational materials such as insurance basics, product examinations, product analysis, advisory materials and newsworthy industry events. In addition, the two companies will collaborate to develop exclusive editorial content for HealthAxis.com consumers. The Insure.com content will be integrated into the HealthAxis.com Web site beginning in June, 1999.
