I am doing exactly that getting out of 820's naked adding AMZN 180's ATHM 150's and AOL EBAY . I think we had this 639 test, I also think BKX rally is good, ECI index has driven a nail in the coffin of inflation, I will like to sell 750 naked calls in view of my new outlays if DOT takes 638 out.. otherwise I think we will see a short covering rally from here, the ECI index report has to be fully apreciated...If all that news takes SPM below 1342 buy long puts for SPM 1320's and sell 1380's, you may see a steeper test pf 1328 as investors may wait on side lines to wait ofrthat economic number, for me that is immaterial ECI once in quarter has nailed it qiute well. What if economy is strong but employemtn cost index is lowest.. only at 0.4%..
