Dear Ram; <<What is the excuse for CMND, besides mismanagement? >> Mismanagement of the company hurt the stockholders. Mr. Caputo however did fine in managing his personal finances. It appears he took a company public and made money and now holds a TON of cheap stock. All this with a company that was about to show failure at every turn.
