We screamed for a year+ at this thread to get a damn replay of the conference calls. I and others have been preaching a Divi spin or a "whole ball of wax" solution to maximize shareholder wealth for some time now.

Alex & Co...quit milking Divi like a whore...set her free and let her roam the streets alone. :-)

Maybe it only takes another year+ for that....?
