I've had it happen to me with E*Turd myself, Got the same song and dance. Twenty mins to excute and then 25 mins to get trader on the phone to just hear the bs. When I got off the phone I opened the newspaper to a large add for Schwab with a 888 number listed, called it and a trader answered on the second ring. night and day... I'm glad to hear that you got them to back down. moosie anybody got a link to the ASE?
