Well the action today is expected, we are in a holding pattern until the real news is out...I
spoke with Richard this morning, and this is what I have been told...Right now they are waiting
on a couple of pieces of paper before they can announce the letter of intent to acquire the
interent deal, he would not tell me who it is.(of course), but he did say that it is huge, big
enough to attract the attention of the big hitters that were involved in the original financing of
ebay (take it for what its worth). If what he tells me is true this is going to be the major
announcement you have been waiting for...my guess is that the PR will probably not be out till
tommorow, and its possible that it may even be put out after the bell, I think they want as much
time for this news to circulate so they can the most bang for their buck..so to speak...also the
medical video is a very interesting part of their business plan and will really function as
reliable source of income, the prison deal is amazing too, it was put together because of the
people in the medical video company, one hand helps the other I guess, from what he tells me
the deal with be worth around 6 million pre tax profits to clve, for as little as 200K in cash, and
500K restricted shares...they of course need to due DD and check out the financials before
the numbers are released, so take these with a grain of salt, but it appears to be a nice way
of bringing in a few dollars into the company...I really like the way these guys are putting
together a very good plan, in the near future they will concentrate their efforts on the internet
angle, but expect them to increase the medical video business at an exponential rate...also, I
guess they will have their noses into a few more pies down the road....hang tough, the
bashers will try to scare you out of your shares, but if you doubt anything I am posting, call IR
yourself...remember always ask yourself what facts the bashers bring with them...hell in a few
days you will all be very happy, not too long to wait in my opinion...you must have patience...
