The COMS/USRX merger is a bad deal.
Although I agree in a long run, the merger will benefit both companies. But in a short term, the merger will hurt USRX!
Cowell is selling USRX cheap to 3COMS!!! I don't understand
the timing of the merger. Why is it done after 3COMS shares plunge
more than 50% in 1/97? Why don't they do it (make the announcement) earlier (like in 12/96) or later when X2 modems
sales result is out and the market is stablized?
The combined earnings from the merger will also dilute USRX's
own earnings even if X2 modems are selling well.

Anyone has any opinion?

The shareholder meeting is 3/5/97. Will we vote on this merger
deal? I hope this deal is rejected by shareholders. Then again,
Even if the deal is broken, what's going to be the penality involved.
Anyone knows?
