Fellow Investors,

This morning I sent an email off to Laguardia expressing some of our concerns. After getting blown off yesterday by Shaw Jr. I figured to play by the rules and go through the IR as he suggested. This time...

Since I am at school right now and in between classes I cannot post you the email from my PC. But I will give you an idea of what I wrote to Mr. Hernandez.

1. Web Site problems -- as previously stated by Marc Stager on this thread, the web site leaves alot to be desired. I came up with 5 main things we would like to see changed with the site....including the reactiviation of the www.java-centrale.com web site to act as a direct link to the iChargeit site.
I posted on the Club site the page from GlobalLynx and what they provide for small companies. Apparently they register the domain name with 200 search engines...well the question now lies which domain name was registered. Simply because when doing searches the original site is the only one that comes up...for selling coffee...
Also...I mention thes changes to the web site....

A. A true MDMI home page with MDMI logo, Java Centrale logo/link, Bawls logo/link and ZingZang logo/link. This way the products are in place for everyone to see when the first page opens. No navigation needed....if you want to buy any of those products...
especially coffee...then a click and your on the iChargeit site ordering away.

B. A reciprocal link from any client who has a link on MDMI. An example is to check out the Insomnia Cafe Bar, which has is selling Bawls off its link. If customers want to visit the Insomnia web page then maybe they would like to buy coffee!!! DUH!!!. There should be a direct link from Insomnia to Java Centrale. This should have been suggested when they asked to link from MDMI.

C. Straightening out the links with iChargeit and advertising on other web sites...

D. Making the web site an ecommerce site....not just an investor resource site. One of our products is coffee..lets make sure we can sell as much as we can.

2. Java Centrale Franchises -- there are now 10 on the web site. #11 Virigina is MIA and most like wont be returning. What happened to the other 11? When they bought the debt, I thought they bought these franchises also. Did all these sites close? and can they be reopened? plans? etc

3. Financials....can anyone smell them? ETA?

4. Dialogue -- creating a more open dialogue with investors...either through IR, Dana Verrill or whomever...but doing a better job of answering investors replies and questions...

IMHO -- the company is focusing presently on the BAWLS contracts...(as per Shaw Jr. on phone yesterday). I cannot speak for Dana Verrill but coffee does not seem to be a high priority here, eventhough they made the annoucement for a Java Centrale kiosk. The improvements to the web site will help sell more coffee and thus help the other products. Finally, IMHO, the iChargeit link can really help this company but has to be fixed! This should become a PRIORITY.

Please any comments are welcome...post here, RB, Yahoo Club or PM me. Thanks again for all of your time....
