There's some things you can't predict, Burr: the announcement of production under contract, affiliation with other commercial entities, royalty agreements, or the like.

When ANY of these events occur, your 'past is prologue' approach to investing is out the window. Money flow indicates a shift in investor sentiment has already taken place.

The recent shelf registration is suggestive of different terms of financing than Valence has used this last year. We know they'll need money soon. Your 'predictable roller coaster' paradigm may need to be revised, and soon.
