Not really what? AMAT is not overpriced? AMAT should trade about 2~3.5 times next year's revenue. A good rule of thumb is to buy it when it is blow that range and sell it when it is above it. At the moment AMAT is about 6xRevenue (last year's). So if you think that they will have a 100% increase in their revenue over the next 4 quarters, then AMAT is still trading near the top of that range. I am all ears to hear a fundamental analysis about how much AMAT will increase its revenue in the next 12 and 24 months.
