Michelle - From what I've gathered reading your posts over the months, you have had a much more successful career in software/project development, than I. I keep ending up on teams where most everyone is clueless, and I lack the energy, ambition, political skills and (maybe) even some of the knowledge to wrest projects back to where they should be. Most companies really stumble around aimlessly in their software efforts. Most programmers are there to improve their skills and move on. Most managers can't meld the companies IT goals to the technical skills needed to achieve them.

But, don't you think that a really well project, as I think the AMZN one is, is an extremely rare and valuable jewel?
