Remember my post on short-covering for end of month?
Those that have jumped on this include:
SPGLA, BAMM , CDNW, OMX, ROSI, and today NETM is joining in fun.
Other long pressed short plays to watch for jumps on short covering include:
NBTY, BDE, UOLP, SPLH, IOM . . .there are plenty of others. . . Idea is to jump in while they sit dormant at their lows and jump out when they jump up on the covering. . .and Market Makers dump their inventory into the strength.
Don't get tempted to jump into these types AFTER they make their moves. . . this is what I call "May Day Suckers Rally". . .these stocks will stay dormant thru the summer. . .According to Market Makers and Brokerage Houses. . ..it is better that these stocks stay in the hands of small investors over the summer and new short positions are set up by brokerage houses. . . but inventory is dumped as they quit making market in such stocks. . .
There are hundreds of such stocks. . .if you know of one that just sits down at its lows for many many months and can't seem to get off the ground. . .if it has not yet moved this week, it probably will.
I am setting up limit sells on such stocks even after I buy them, due to the quick moves they make. Too hard to watch everything.
I think Internets plug has been pulled for the summer, too. Only thing to look forward to is the earnings reports in mid-July. I have been completely out of internets and plan on staying there for several months.
