In a press release Thursday, the underwriters said the offering is expected to be priced at $10 per ADS, the upper end of the previously planned $8-$10 per ADS range. The managing underwriters are Dirks & Co., J.P. Turner & Co., LLC and Security Capital Trading Inc.
