MOSCOW, April 29 (Itar-Tass) - Vladimir Ryzhkov, head of the Our Home Is Russia (NDR) faction in the Duma on Thursday praised the agreement between Moscow and the International Monetary Fund (IMF). "This is very positive news, good news, it will strengthen the government's positions," Ryzhkov told reporters.
