Andres, no I did not get in at the private placement. Those folks in on the private placement are people who are working for the company for no salary, just on the potential of growing the company, Like the folks from DOW. My average cost per share is over $.50. I recently found out about this company from my nephew who is a broker and recommended I look at the stock because he felt the company had the things in place to be successful, with the reasons I have outlined in my previous posts. We are in the market today to add to our positions. Good luck, Joan
