I don't think anyone realizes that the new IPO today TJOB, DIXS gets 49% of the US
revenue and 100% of the advertising account revenue from TJOB....

OREM, Utah--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 5, 1999-- Dynamic Information System & eXchange Inc. (''DiSX''), a leader in employment information technology, announced to its shareholders at its annual shareholder meeting held March 31, 1999, that the company has entered into a joint venture with The Corporate Net (''TCN'').

The two companies had been working together through a joint marketing agreement. After successful sales campaigns in Salt Lake City, and Houston the companies created topjobs.net inc, a Delaware corporation, as a joint venture to continue the business in the United States.

TCN, headquartered in Warrington, United Kingdom, is a leading provider for recruitment advertising throughout the UK with an estimated 33 percent share of the Internet recruitment advertising market. Current operations are in the U.K., Ireland,Switzerland, Australia, Singapore, and Thailand. TCN has an established and growing
market presence in each of these other country markets.

Griffiths is on loan from TCN to the U.S. joint venture and heads the marketing efforts for topjobs.net inc.

The joint venture, topjobs.net inc, is headquartered in Orem. It was announced that Larry D. Heaps, former DiSX president, will serve as president of topjobs.net inc. The newly formed company will provide recruitment solutions in the Management, Professional and Technical employment fields.

Services are designed to capitalize on the interactive nature and data processing capabilities of the Internet and enable clients to efficiently design, modify, and monitor their own recruitment advertising campaigns.
