"Flat panel display devices" eh? Doesn't look like the street shares their enthusiasm. If they only had the display business I would have bailed awhile back. It's one of those make-it-big or crash-and-burn type things. The HBT wafer business is the hot thing at the moment. That is the baseline value I use to take a gamble on the display biz, IMHO. JF
