FORE might be worth more especially in a stock deal to someone like TLAB. Am I crazy?
You're absolutely sane! But, since the guys making this deal are also negotiating their future with the 'acquired' FORE, I'd suspect only a hostile attempt, and soon, would help.
Remember, this isn't the up and comer that folks have just latched onto. Many people have been lined up by the exit, waiting for just this opportunity, and as soon as they get a chance to tender their shares, they will.
I for one will hold my shares to see what develops. Hell, may even buy more...
I suspect the GEC deal will complete, though, and those who tender their shares should see their money by the end of May/start of June.
