You were asking about DEJ on the TSE.

The company advises that news is imminent re: a best efforts deal to raise $5 million via special warrants (it could be with Yorkton). If successful, the company would dispense with its gold operations and change its name to something which reflects its true operations, being an internet document courier company.

The company received alot of attention when it acquired 5% of Instant Docs of Dallas (the stock went above $1), but share price actually fell significantly when Dejour increased its interest in Instant Docs to 36% (go figure). This is effectively a reverse takeover, as Dallas based Instant Docs wants access to Dejour's TSE listing. Apparently management of the two companies know each other from a ways back.

Instant Docs has relationships with Dynamex (traded on Nas) and Sir Speedy, a copy company with a good history. The company has mentioned that it is trying to establish a relationship with Kinkos.

Instant Docs began rolling out its operations in April and expects to have over 200 locations operating by the end of June. An advertsing campaign is in the works. The product will be offered in Europe and Australia during the summer.

I'm not certain of the prospects of this business, but it does interest me. I believe it has a substantial float.

The share price and trading volume have tapered off in the last couple of weeks. But with news in the near future, this company will see renewed interest.

The Company is quite willing to provide information. The contact is Simon (long last name) at (888) 669-2901.

Regards and good luck.
