Understood. I actually thought it was an April Fool's joke as soon as I saw it, and said as much, but thought it a very odd joke. I had heard of other cases where "press releases" were made on authentic- looking notepaper. In fact, in one stock I owned, CRUS, there was a "press release" announcing the death of the Chairman and CEO and it had to be denied by him. Another time, news of a buy-out.
