Bob: You know what's interesting about this? Musicmaker IPO is postponed and the STOCK DIDN'T TANK!!! Also, the fact that the IPO was voluntarily postponed because of a deal with a major corporation indicates to me that this must be a very attractive deal. Given the effort in putting together an IPO effort and the ungodly amounts of money Internet IPO's are generating, then this must be a very sweet deal indeed. I suspect it is pretty close to being completed, or else the management team would not have postponed the offering.

I bought PTET because of the Musicmaker IPO, but will continue to hold pending the results of this deal. I suspect this is why they postponed it the first time. Worst case, the deal doesn't get done and they just put the IPO back on again...
