cindy, The CEO and CFO are out on the road with the company that is helping with the stock offering until June 2, 1995.

I called the majority stock holder and he said he was aware of the offering and would not respond to any other questions. Concerned about not being in the investment advisory business.

Dain Bosworth is a participant in the stock offering and finally got to one of the brokers covering Cipirico. Here goes with what information I was able to get from him.

He could not answer my question on competition, if their performance and reliability were factors. He did say the CEO said no one else does it the way they do...what ever that means.

The company is expected to grow at 35%+. He did not know what their market share was.

Could not answer any questions on canniabilization.

Here is the news on the stock offering. He said they are going to use some it on R&D, some on opening new offices and sit on some. With the current revenues and profits it will pay for plenty of engineers..I know... am a retired engineering manager.

I have left return calls at the company, but will not get any more answers until June 2.

I am not going to buy in until I talk to them. I don't know how dulitive this will be but the stock is trading below its 50 and 100 day moving averages.

It looks to me like the cost of this money to Ciprico is about 3%. Cindy I am not a finance type and don't know how to evaluate this.
