In the MCRR profile of CMED we point out that the bottom line for this company has been advancing strongly over the past three years..from a loss of $1.07m in 1993 to a profit of $1.59m or 17 cents per sh in 1996. The top line has remained relatively flat over that period as mgmt consolidated and pared product lines. That process is complete now and we believe the top line will continue to exhibit the strength shown in the first 6mo of the present year...6mo Rev to 12-31-96 is $11.06m vs $9.1m. Net inc is $945k or 10 cents vs $644k or 8 cents. And with the Novel acq complete that rev and net will begin to show up in this 3rd qtr, which ends 3-31-97. We think this will be the year CMED breaks out convincingly on the top line....and we think the bottom line will continue to reflect strong margins.
