David and pass pass, UNPH and JDS are a BLEND -- not just a merger, and when you add to this that UNPHs growth this last quarter was sequentially 26% greater in Internet and cable -- which is "where it's at" -- you'll begin to realize that their combined growth, imo, is going to be exponential. Dc
