I agree with you. I think the recent run-up was the result of a number of factors, including the end to the Bii run (for the time being). I think alot of money left Bii for MCF. We'll see what happens. A note of caution to all. In the course of doing my DD on this company, I was advised by a number of people that the CEO, Mr. Pearl, has a background for trafficing. This was confirmed with the Company's IR department at (800) 444-9214 who stated that the conviction was for trafficing marijuana (I was told by others that the offence was far more serious than that). The offences apparently took place approximately 15 or so years ago. The IR department would not give details of Mr. Pearl's past, but suggested that I call Mr. Pearl directly (right!). IMO, the marijuana trafficing conviction alone could have a dramatically negative effect on the reception this stock receives once it gets to the Nasdaq. I have exited this stock (with a small profit) as a result of this issue. It might be a mistake. Just thought you should know.
