Well, there could be estate tax planning issues involved that we don't know about, the end of the road is pretty close for him, after all. The thing that bothers me is JR hit the bottom selling last time around. True the 17 buck sale was under duress, but still ..... Another interesting question is TXN. Wonder who they would use to sell the shares? ML? Could have something to do with their recent touting, or maybe JR needs to sell the rest of his remaining shares without crashing the thing to 30, or less. I seem to recall he had a relationship with ML.
