ERICY - I was wrong. I didn't know they would solve their patent dispute with Quallocm. I sold my stock at $20 1/2 and got whipsawed. I posted a DLJ analyst report that expected the stock to hit $15.

BFT - I have been long for 6 months and still am. There is a huge short positon and that is why I own it. 10% outstanding is short.

YF.A - I asked why it was down. I ended this with a question mark. Last $2.60 I guess the earnings must suck? That's a question how is that a slam or a short. Earnings were due out that day.

Bottom line I don't care what you think. I am not short any stock right now and I very rarely short, I believe its too risky. I perfer puts. If you so interested in me why not post my other 1000 posts instaed of the handful that make me look like a shorter. That's not the issue let's stop wasting these people's time and why don't you answer my questions?
If this isn't a pump & dump why did it drop from .34 to .15?
Where are the news releases that we are constanly promised?
Why does this stock trade such huge volume and only go sideways to down?
If you had taken my advice and sold at $.30 you would have done well.

I will no longer answer posts regarding whether I am short or not. Lets focus on SGMS. If you guys don't post useless hype like "This is going up" or "Big news coming" I won't comment on the volume or price.

Good luck to all investors
