I must say that the number of law firms initiating litigation against Iridium is unusual. In most cases (especially those that don't have a lot of merit) you see one class action filed by one of the usual suspects law firms. Today, Iridium has been served by a third class action law firm. They must feel pretty good about it. My bet is that the roadshow and promtotional materials for the secondary offering (which priced 3 points below the market to get it done) will provide a lot of evidence against Iridium management. This many sharks wouldn't circle if there weren't a lot of blood in the water.
