I think that may actually be part of their "logic", though to me it seems rather twisted reasoning. I also wonder whether they may think we actually are a company of some sort; just not the company the WebNode site proclaims us to be. They don't appear to have made much of an effort to find out anything about us.


Interesting reply. But, "twisted reasoning" seems strange for you to say. According to the complaint copy Jeff posted, BW asked for and received assurances that the release was factual. Wouldn't that indicate to them, at minimum, that the company existed?
