Rich, I guess I need to read the fairness opinion report. It just seems that AAG has more substance to offer this merger than VSY. As far as eliminating duplication, do you mean in terms of administration costs and such? Does Hermann seem interested in VSY properties in Labrador and Quebec? I assume more work will be done there this spring but realize the emphasis will be in Indonesia. Do you know if the Lin family from Indonesia are going to be in Toronto for the Prospectors and Developers Conference? Also, maybe you could ask about the resulting listings after the merger. As I understand it the VSE listing will not be maintained but I wonder about the Berlin listing and if there will be some focus on increasing presence in the European market. I also heard that a U.S listing might be considered. Cheers, Dan Byrne
