I'm holding LEIX, recently bought by ORB. The buyout has a sliding scale contingent on ORBs price being between 22-37. Leix shareholders get a set price in ORB stock between those values. So if the deal goes out at 22 it is the best senario for LEIX sharholders.

I came close to buying ORB around 28, and am looking hard at it right now!!
