Don't you think the intent to file on the Nasdaq is already inherent in the stock price? They have already announced their intent and all that remains is the approval process which probably should be around early July.

I fully expect a lag in trading with some movement to the downside between now and then.

The only bump in the road could be their 4th quarter results. I believe these are slated for early June.

MCF is definitely a good 3-4 month hold, but now is probably not the best time to take a position.
