PGEI is cheap This looks to be about the cheapest E & P stock out there. The problem is they have tremendous assets but fairly small cash flow. In a depressed commodity environment it is hard to realize the the value of those assets but with the increase we have seen lately that might change. With a small and illiquid stock like this one the change could happen very quickly. I wouldn't be surprised to see this stock double or triple in price in a short amount of time.
