Harold: So you are the culprit holding up the COMS train.

As you know , the TECH's which includes bellweather CSCO are out of favor thanks to the short Interest. The group will only return to favor when the short selling abates.

So let us know when you expect CSCO's blood letting to stop. That will fix the date of our take off.!
