JFQ: I think that is the problem with the WCOM deal . McCaw who has sold his company before probably has a number that makes Bernie Ebbers really squirm. BE would love to buy NXTL but the price and the debt scare him in terms of near term dilution. He knows this is the best wireless property but he cannot bring himself to pay 60 bucks per share. On the other hand he knows that he lacks a total comm. bundle to provide to his customers as is offered by the competition.
