Don't rush it. GTR is oscillating around a trading band of about $0.75 on either side of $4.25. Think it through rather than trying to outguess this perplexing market action. It is far better to give up a few points in exchange for imminent press releases (such as their Q4). At least you've got some tangible material to base your investment decision on. In all events, depending on how you look at investing, I wouldn't look at anything shorter than an 8 month time horizon.

Anyway, be careful!
