FWIW I called Equis this morning and was told by a well meaning guy in tech support that Reuters is "rebuilding Datalink from the ground up", he apologized for intermittent problems and said that data service would be "much better" with the new system, whatever that is. He said there was no time frame on completing this project but he thought it would take several months....ouch. I've also noticed the time sensitivity problem...sometimes...always seems to work early in the morning but then I'm too bleary eyed to do any analysis. Got my fingers crossed for tonight(g). I may tolerate one more evening like last night and then switch to another provider. Dave
