Everything that can go wrong ... does.
I know how that works. In my family there are two wage earners and two children. There are meetings and unexpected problems, there are soccer practice and games, and music lessons and art lessons and karate class and scout meetings and conferences. It takes exquisite planning to get to everything.

Sometimes there is just one more thing, maybe just a larger than usual traffic tieup. What happens is not that we miss one event, usually the whole scheme falls apart. We re-coordinate, skip something, try to get late to the next while something else gets missed and we reschedule makeups.

This is what has happened to CPQ. Too much going on, something slipped, and it's all a mess. It's going to take a while before this company can reset it's priorities, remake its schedule, and get on with their business.
