Since anyone at IBM w/ over 25 years of service can still
opt for the 'old' retirement plan, I would assume (but don't know)
that med benefits stay the same for them - that assumes that
the medical benefits are considered part of the 'plan', vs.
being separately changeable. If that is all true, then that
implies that those already retired are unaffected (since those
still here with > 25 yrs of service are also unaffected).

This is all conjecture on my part, just an opinion...
