Peter, WIND's business is definitely cyclical. Revenue distribution by fiscal quarter runs roughly 20%, 24%, 26% and 30%. H&Q's estimate of 0.85 is much too low. They will end up increasing their yearly estimate each quarter, continuing to play catchup as they have been. The drop on the first quarter estimate to 0.14 puts it in line with the Wessels estimate if that has not been changed this week. Ron Abelmann has already made it clear that they were going to have no problem meeting the estimates for the first quarter. Whether he had 0.14, 0.17 or some average in mind is not clear. The first quarter of last year was 0.09 and there has been some dilution due to the secondary. Still I would think that 0.14 is an easy target.

I am happy to have the analysts giving low estimates -- it is a healthy situation for WIND to beat estimates quarter after quarter.
