Mark:
I do not have the slightest idea who leaked information. It is also not clear to me that a buyer benefited - more likely a seller. The seller could be on either side of the fence. There are certainly enough re-priced options to liquidate a few shares and make some cash.

I do not see higher prices coming out of this agreement. I do not see higher prices coming out of some cash coming into the company unless it is by a group with a reputation (not likely)(also must be good if I needed to clarify). We are a long way from validation of this property, even if the pilot plant works. There is plenty of time to have the price of the stock move enough for favorable options to reap benefits.

One thing I would mention is that all of the people that have been on the board for the last 5 months were put in place by the supposed backers of the group moving back in. Maybe everyone is closer to the same side of the fence than we would like to think. Maybe this is a deal that benefits everyone who will get "incentive" options (well of course not the shareholders).

I see a lot more pain before gain. I also don't see Naxos going out of business.

Mark, maybe my position would more accurately be on the bottom rather than in the middle. I am under all of the people making money here and with information that is more accurate and much newer than mine. That is the definition of investor here.

As usual, we wait. We have lost most of our investment already. This is not the level to exit at.
