Nobody gets sued for libel on chat threads, and people are providing their opinions (like we discussed yesterday). If you think that this stupid thread has any effect on a stock that trades 10 million shares in the US alone, you vastly overestimate the impact of anything said here. Bid.com is not going to pay a bunch of lawyers to hunt down a couple of posters who might provide incorrect information. It's not worth their time or expense.
