BTW Bluegreen I would respectfully request that instead of just not returning your proxy that you vote against management and return the proxy. You posted many times about lawsuits. A meaningful vote against management will gain some attention. I have said all along that I think management does a good job. The motive for a no vote is to help assure that they do an even better job. A million no votes is the goal. I think it is doable. Ciao,
