Don't be so sure that it could not happen. Look at what happened with Phillip Services and the eventual uncovering of the bashers for that. ISP's quickly gave up the identities of the account holders when approached by the authorities. So much for anonymity on the internet. Pretty landmark case IMO. I'm not saying the same thing will happen here, but I just wanted to point out that it's not impossible because there is already a precedent.
