Didn't the learn their lesson the first time? You try to buy out a company once, you get spurned, you lose some of your sheen. The second time you do it without being absolutely sure they will accept - you've got to be a moron - unless they have managed to get some of the shareholders to agree in advance. However, it doesn't appear that they ahve.
