All: Checkout MDIN. It's on a short squeeze alert. Subject 16900 The following was just announced today. biz.yahoo.com I believe there were two purposes for this. The first is to get the Lipangue and the LDM in a position for a buyout. The second is to squeeze the naked shorts. Some large investors in the company ran a private census of shareholders and came up with over 60MM shares short. This was done last month so it may have changed a bit since then. The reason this news will squeeze the shorts is that they can't cover the dividend because it's in the form of stock in a privately held company. KMT
