I would not be surprised at all to see several good press releases between now and the end of next week. Anybody who sells too early I believe is going to regret it! Errick, I believe that is a very good assumption. I will go a step farther and bet they already have a buyout offer and JV agreement. If it was not formal it wouldn't have to be reported as a release. They probably already have the direction they wish to take mapped out and they will formalize the agreement at the appropriate time. These guys are smart.
