Thanks John--I'll print your post and study it. I just recently got my position in WIND (started buying at a 'bargain price' of 20 and kept right on hootin' and hollerin' all the way to 12, don't know how to describe 12, quadruple bargain?)
Never considered it a bandwidth play, but it certainly wouldn't displease me to learn that it was! Best, Mike
