Dick; The buyout concept is viable if Dr D can be induced to cough up the poisone pills, a drink of liquid money usually does it. Depending on Dr D's personal aims, he may do it. However some people value their independence and the GE's of the world try to crush them with legions of lawyers because their money has failed them. No doubt they made him some inadequate offers, and then said lets legalize him to death.. Remember when the tiny nut of Israel was placed on the huge Arab anvil and hit with the mighty Arab hammer. The anvil and hammer rust in the desert, the nut endures. Well GE has a tough nut to crack here, and I for one wish him well. If he is smarter then GE(and they are acting about as smart as a bag of hammers) he will be able to outhink them. Remember all GE has is paid men/women. Not self motivated genius. Bill Jackson
