Trustees - Interest - selling the property.
Eagle - Interest - acquiring the property?
Trustees (Law firm appointed by the Texas Attorney General to handle a Chapter 7 Bankruptcy for Malone Services, Inc.) - Says,
"We have NO, NADO, NONE, ZILCH current bids on the property," and named, now 4, interested parties to include in no particular order:
Companies that want to open the facility:
1) Eagle Environmental
2) Southeast Texas Environmental (STE)
3) Twisk Inc. (spelling?)
and
Company that wants to close and rehab the place:
4) EcoTech
Eagle spokesman says the Trustees are confused from day to day about what they want and we (Eagle) are just trying to work this thing out.
We (Eagle) have a bid in (no amount stated).
Who do I believe? The Texas Attorney General appointed Trustee governed by the Freedom of Information Act...or Eagle.
I am becoming more and more skeptical. This company has a future but it seems they need a better driver and navigator to get where they want to go. Maybe the third time will be charm...Assuming this "second bid" has failed.
